New Season, New Schedule:
As of the 2024 season, the Saskatchewan Lacrosse Association announced field lacrosse season will now be held in the fall, running from August to October. This shift allows for optimal playing conditions and promises an unforgettable experience for all involved.

Expanded Age Groups:
This year, we're proud to offer an expanded range of age groups to accommodate players of all skill levels and ages. Our divisions now include U20, U17, U15, U13, U11, U9, and U7, ensuring that every aspiring lacrosse player has a place to thrive within our league.

At RFL, we're more than just a league – we're a community built on passion, courage, and dedication. Our volunteer board, comprised of individuals from diverse backgrounds, works tirelessly to ensure the success and growth of our league.
